The pink pepper tree, schinus terebinthifolius are aromatic fragile berries with a sweet peppery flavor. They have a thin, fragile skin that can easily be rubbed off. They are most commonly used in the form of decorative mixture with white/black and green peppercorns for steak/fish, soups/ sauces or mixed into a salad dressing/fruits or even added to minced meat as a filling for burgers.
