Organic green peppercorns on vine are fresh malabar green peppers preserved in brine solution. These organic peppers are unprocessed and picked from pepper vine. Green pepper on brine is shipped in three jars, each having 4 oz of pepper. Our green pepper on vine are used in gourmet cooking as well as in salads, curries, pickling, and sandwitches. These peppercorns are good for munching if you like hot stuff !. They are ideal for serving with beer.
