Cumin Seeds

Cumin (Cuminum cyminum), Jeera. Cumin is a native of Egypt, Syria Turkey. Now it is widely cultivated in India, China, south eastern Europe, and North Africa. Cumin seed is an essential ingredient of curry powder and garam masala. The cumin seeds are extensively used in mixed spices and for flavoring curries, soups, sausages and breads and cakes. It has various medicinal usages.
